Guarantee/Payment of Hotel Reservation
The total amount due for the stay will be charged on the credit card at the time of booking.
AIM Italy Srl will provide an invoice for the charged amount.
EU citizens will be required to complete a Tax Number in accordance with EU regulations.
Cancellation Policy
Any change of the hotel reservation must be sent in writing to AIM Group International – AIM Italy – Milan Office. NO refund will be provided for any change or any cancellation.
ROME CITY TAX – IMPORTANT
City taxes are NOT included in the rates:
- € 7,00 per person per night for guests staying at 5-star hotels
- € 6,00 per person per night for guests staying at 4-star hotels
- € 4,00 per person per night for guests staying at 3-star hotels
- € 3,50 per person per night for guests staying at hostels
The tax will be charged up to a maximum of 10 nights per stay.
